At Farm House Tack, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all product tags, manuals, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
